Account	Current accounts: Power saver, Esaver Currency: VND, AUD, GBP, EUR, SGD, and USD.
	Opened by the applicant being present in the premises of branches across Vietnam. Any accounts opened outside the branches or such cases where the required documents are triggered from the applicant outside the branches will not be covered by this account opening service guarantee.
Definition of account opening time in this service guarantee	Start Time: Post-confirmation of completeness and validity of documentation by the bank staff
	End Time: After account is set up in system and customer is given account number and card.

The “30-minute-service-guarantee” shall only apply in cases where the applicants have provided the complete set of account opening documents in the forms and in accordance with the Bank procedures.
The “30-minute-service-guarantee” will not be applicable in instances where delays are encountered due to the applicant’s failure to satisfy the Bank’s due diligence process and/ or fulfill any legal/ regulatory requirements during the process of account opening.
The “30-minute-service-guarantee” limits the time taken to open a single account at the branch. Each additional account opened by the same applicant in the same session will be treated as a separate account.
If the time taken to open one or more account(s) exceeds 30 minutes, the applicant will be eligible to have her/his account credited of VND 100,000 within 8 working hours following the opening of the account
The service guarantee, along with its benefits, may be amended from time to time by the Bank.
